For DBC, our logo “LifeWay” expresses our desire as God’s church and a marketing name that is relational to who we are as God’s church within the city of Devonport.
It was derived from our identity statement that, “We are a family following God’s Way to Life, with purpose, passion and prayer” as well as the truth we see in Acts 9:2 & Acts 22:4, as followers of the Way. We recognise that the road of life is not a straight or easy one, as Matthew 7:13-14 explains, but with Christ as our saviour and the Holy Spirit’s empowerment, we are blessed and enabled.
